Annual Fundraiser and Silent Auction

It’s that time of year again: PORCA’s Annual Fundraiser and Silent Auction is back on Friday, October 24!

Each year, we celebrate with our classic old school bike gear dress code. So dust off your retro jerseys, dig out those neon windbreakers, and rock your vintage bike threads for a night of community fun.

Join us for an evening of bidding, laughter, and connection as we raise funds to support advocacy, trail stewardship, partnerships, and events that keep Pemberton’s trails world-class. It’s a chance to celebrate what we’ve built together and fuel another incredible year on the trails.

We’re so grateful to the businesses and individuals who make this event possible, and the list of supporters just keeps growing!

Have a prize, product, or experience to contribute? We’d love to include it!

  • Enjoy a well-deserved bowl of Town Square’s chili and a drink

  • Participate in Blundstone's 'Boot Toss' and get entered to win a pair of Blundstones from Bike Co.

Self timed event: how does it work?

1. Install the Webscorer App Before the Race

  • Download the free Webscorer app on your phone (iOS or Android).

  • Select "QR Code Self timing" and allow WebScorer to use your location.

  • Select "register for self-timed Race"

  • Sign in or  create a WebScorer account

  • Select "Register", go to the  "Race ID" tab, and enter 405362
    https://www.webscorer.com/register?pid=1&raceid=405362
Follow the instructions and you are in!

2. Scan QR Codes During the Race

  • On race day, you’ll self-time by scanning QR codes placed along the course.

  • Each QR code will be placed at the start and the finish for each lap: you will have to scan 6 times 6 different QR codes:
Start of Lap 1 / End of Lap 1, Start of Lap 2 / End of Lap 2, Start of Lap 3 / End of Lap 3

It is a self-guided race; there won't be a tape. We will place the QR code at the entrance and end of the Lap.

All stages start at the same location; make sure to scan the correct lap start!

See trail forks routes here: only the highlighted portions will be timed. There will be no racing on the loop coming back to One Mile Lake beach.

3. Results Automatically Recorded

  • Once you’ve scanned at the finish line, your time will be uploaded automatically.

  • If you don’t have service on the course, don’t worry, the app will save your data and upload it once you reconnect.

  • We will post the results on our event page here: https://www.porcabikes.com/events-calendar/2025/10/4/lumpys-trifecta

  • Time to enjoy a drink and some Townsquare chilli!

Important Notes:

  • Please bring a fully charged phone with the Webscorer app installed prior to the race.

  • There’s no cost to use the app.

  • You have the option to  “Practice self-timing,” which allows racers to try scanning real QR codes.
Try it out before the race day!

  • Sign-in starts at 10 am!
Bring water and snacks for the ride!
