WEEK 9
This Wednesday night, June 12th, Bike Club is sponsored by Village Yoga and Ride Wild Training.
We will be warming up at One Mile Beach with a short mobility/yoga session before setting out to the trails. There are a couple of options for rides, one will focus on sessioning uphill technical skills (thanks Becky!) and the other will be a bit spicier for the advanced crew.
When: 6:00 pm
Sign In: One Mile Lake Beach
Apres: at Village Yoga
1 - Piece of Cake/Murse Made - sessioning the uphill rocks, decent of the group choice depending on time
2 - S2S/Lumpy’s to 306 to Nairn/S2S Connector/Murse Made/Pickle
Please Note - if either of these choices is not your jam, feel free to ride something else in the area, but it will be unsupported, with no first aider/guide available. You are welcome to join apres at Village Yoga.
